What payment methods are accepted?: We accept Lao Kip, major credit cards, and cash payments.
Can I modify my booking?: Absolutely—simply contact us ahead of your rental start date and we’ll work with you to adjust your reservation.
Are there mileage restrictions?: Rentals come with unlimited mileage within Laos. Travel outside Savannakhet should be communicated for insurance coverage.
Is airport pick-up available?: Yes, airport pick-up and drop-off can be arranged when booking.

How far in advance should I book?: We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee availability, especially for special vehicle requests.
Can someone else drive the vehicle?: Additional drivers are allowed with a valid license and must be registered at pick-up—no extra charge for the first additional driver.
What should I do in case of an accident?: Contact our support line immediately; we assist with documentation and arrange local help. Emergency info is provided with every rental.
What is the fuel policy?: All vehicles are provided with a full tank. Please return with a full tank to avoid additional charges.
